the staff members were indeed kind. they gave clear directions.. and seemed to genuinely care about our situation. the location proved to be great and near transportations.

the room lacked certain amenities. there was no kettle available. i could hear the trains, which disrupted my sleep.

quiet room clean room

the room was quiet and had air conditioning, essential. everything i needed was present in the room. the location proved great, just a few public transport stops from the city center (very accessible!). i also appreciated the cleanliness of the room.

amazing stay, super experience!

the breakfast was good and the staff were helpful, very friendly. they gave me directions and recommendations. the room was super clean, spacious, and warm, i enjoy the quietness. the beds, i found those comfortable.
